BackResto, registered in Paris under number 920 634 706, with its registered office at 74 rue Myrha, 75018 Paris, France, is responsible for the personal data described on this page. You can reach us at contact@backresto.com.
Reading the documentation
Every page can be read without an account and without giving us anything. The site sets no advertising cookies. We count page views and measure loading speed with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which work without cookies.
Asking for a key
The access request form asks for your name, your work email, your company and role, the restaurants concerned, the data you need, how you will store it, and anything you add as a note. We use these details only to review the request, issue the key and contact you about it. This site keeps no copy: the request is sent to our team through our email provider, Brevo, and recorded as a contact in our customer relationship tool, HubSpot.
Restaurant data read through the API
A key reads a restaurant's HACCP records only after that restaurant has agreed to it. That processing is governed by our agreement with the restaurant, not by this page.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent us, or object to their use, by writing to contact@backresto.com. You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
