About BackResto

BackResto is the HACCP compliance app restaurants fill in during service. This portal documents the Partner API, which lets the software those businesses already use read their records.

What BackResto does

Kitchen teams use BackResto on a phone or a tablet to record what food safety rules require: goods-in checks with product temperatures and photographs, fridge and sensor readings, cooling and reheating, cleaning plans with photographic proof, fryer oil checks, surface analyses and traceability labels. These records are what a health inspector asks to see.

Who the Partner API is for

Software vendors and integrators who work for restaurants, for example management tools, multi-site dashboards and AI assistants. The API is read-only. A key only reaches the restaurants that agreed to share their records, and only the record types they agreed to.
